Failure to provide accurate and complete information (including misrepresentation of your identity or other information) may result in errors in your requested payments or may serve as a basis for us to prohibit your use of online banking in the future. To the extent that a transaction is an electronic transfer from a personal account, the following rules apply: You may not lose more than $50 in connection with an unauthorized transfer due to the loss or theft of your credentials if you notify us within two business days of receiving the loss or theft of your credentials. However, you may lose up to $500 in connection with any unauthorized transmission as a result of the loss or theft of your credentials if you do not notify us within two business days of becoming aware of the loss or theft of your credentials and we can demonstrate that we could have stopped the unauthorized transmission if we had been notified. If you do not report unauthorized transactions that appear on one of your periodic statements within 60 days of sending or electronically submitting those statements, you risk unlimited losses on transactions made after the expiry of the 60-day period if we can prove that we could have prevented any unauthorized use if we had been notified within that 60-day period. If extenuating circumstances, such as e.B a long trip or hospital stay that prevented you from notifying us, the periods in this section may be extended.
